Callfinity maintains a telecommunications-grade hosting environment for our customers' applications. Located inside a telecommunications switching facility, our equipment shares redundant power, internet, and fire suppression with switching equipment from several local exchange carriers and national telecommunications service providers.
In the event of a power outage, the entire datacenter including air cooling systems operates at 100% capacity on diesel generator backup power, and the facility itself is on priority diesel delivery routes for continued power in the event of a supply issue.
Furthermore, redundant internet and telephony connections from this facility to several access providers ensures that our customer's applications stay working. Within our infrastructure, we maintain redundant Cisco networking equipment, SCSI RAID storage, fault-tolerant chassis, and remote access for power, KVM, and console access.
