Callfinity
Government
Local, state, and federal government agencies in the US and around the world require increasingly advanced telephony technology. From school districts needing to keep parents informed of emergencies, to high volume call recording and retrieval, governmental organizations can confidently use Callfinity's technology for many communication needs.
Hotlines
- When your organization needs to communicate the latest news, information, or instructions to a large group of people, Callfinity's hotline product may be the answer you've been looking for. Administrators can call into a separately-trunked telephone number, validate themselves, and record a message. Users call into a hotline number to hear the most recent message.
- Features include listener validation, customized call flow, post-call feedback/surveys, and online real-time reporting.
CallCommunicator™
- When you need to communicate instantly with a group of people, sometimes hotlines aren't fast enough. CallCommunicator provides outgoing telephone call notifications to a group of recipients. In addition to telephone calls, CallCommunicator can also send emails, SMS messages, and faxes.
- Account holders or administrators use any telephone to call a number assigned to their account and record a voice message. Immediately upon hanging up, everyone on their personal "call list" is dialed by the system, and when the telephone is answered the newly recorded message is played. Recipients that don't answer receive an answering machine or voicemail message.
- Account holders use a self-service web interface to upload their call list, make changes to that list, and view online reports. Accounts with email, sms, and faxing enabled can also type messages into that interface to instantly send non-voice messages to their list as well.
- CallCommunicator is scalable to thousands of simultaneous calls and may be hosted by Callfinity, sold as a hardware solution for emergency communication centers, or licensed software-only for internal projects.
