Since its founding in 1999 as BYOBroadcast, more than 200 companies worldwide have deployed Callfinity's products to bridge the gap between telephone applications and web services. Customers include BT Conferencing, Warner Brothers Records, Incomm Conferencing, Healthbanks, Fairfax County Public Schools, Arlington Public Schools, and others.

Callfinity services the following markets:

  • Call Center. Businesses that run call centers or contact centers require the most available, easist to use, and best supported software and systems.
